How to Use
- Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or more of your ECO. Diffuser Blends collection.
- Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
- Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
- Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Detox Essential Oil Blend: Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil, Juniperus communis (Juniper) oil, Zingiber oficinalis (Ginger) leaf oil, Foeniculum vulgaris (Fennel) oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) oil.
Australian Shores Essential Oil Blend: Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil, Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus) leaf/stem oil, Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) leaf oil, Vanillin (Natural Vanillin).
Freespirit Essential Oil Blend: Citrus aurantium dulcis peel (Sweet Orange) oil, Myroxylon pereirae (Peru Balsam) oil, Cananga odorata flower (Ylang Ylang), Pogostemon cablin leaf (Patchouli) oil, Citrus aurantifolia (Lime) oil.

FAQ's
Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Eucalyptus, Juniper Berry or Rosemary during pregnancy. Fennel essential oil is not recommended in the early stages of pregnancy however safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
We do not recommend the use of essential oils for children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil.
Is this safe to use around pets?
Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
